Summary
Combined Insurance is a a leading provider of individual supplemental accident, disability, health and life insurance products. I worked collaboratively with cross functional teams to develop the company's first customer self-service mobile app. This app provides customers with the tools and resources they need to effectively manage their insurance policies, claims, billing, etc. It also served as a centralised hub to access policy documents, supporting materials and get instant support for their Combined Insurance policies.
