Built on my product design expertise, I expanded my focus to encompass the broader realm of Customer Experience (CX). To provide a truly holistic experience for customers, it is essential to look beyond individual touch points. By integrating UX methodologies with CX strategies, I aim to create cohesive and seamless experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term brand loyalty.
Shaping the Future of AI-Powered Experiences
As AI-enabled features and products become increasingly prioritised by organisations, I believe it is essential for us to make informed strategic decisions regarding AI technology, design direction, and implementation. Developing practical skills to assess when and how to utilise AI, ensuring that Experience Designer have a strong presence in discussions about AI development. To support this, I have completed certified foundational courses in AI and data analytics platform, and continue to pursue further education in this area.
I am eager to contribute my skills to organisations harnessing AI for innovative, human-centred user experiences. I'm looking for opportunities to collaborate with forward-thinking teams on AI-powered products that better people's lives.
