Summary
From reimagining the quoting journey of an insurance product to leveraging latest technology to create new functionality from the ground up, I took ownership of this project and worked collaboratively with frontend developers and user analysts to create new functionalities and optimise the platform. This platform designed to streamline the process of quoting, binding, and managing insurance policies for small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). My role involved enhancing aesthetics, redesigning the user interface, and optimising the digital experience of this new online marketplace for insurance agents or brokers.
