This project presented a significant opportunity to enhance MassMutual's recruitment efforts by creating a digital experience that effectively engages potential Financial Professionals and showcases the unique advantages of joining the company. As Lead UI/UX Designer, I led the UX strategy, incorporating competitive analysis and prototype testing, while collaborating with cross-functional teams on content and marketing strategy.
